This is caused from a common and known memory problem with the iPhone Hold down the off button for 5 or more seconds The message "slide to power off" will appear Power off your iPhone Wait 30 seconds and then turn your iPhone back on The memory problem is fixed Back to To How do I become a Beta Tester? Please email Todd Sherman, tsherman(at)smartboxdesign.com - remember to replace the (at) with an @ To become a Beta tester you will need to provide a UDID from your iPhone or iPod. This is a unique number that we provide to the iTunes store that identifies your device as special. Without taking this step the Beta version will not install. This is required of all beta testers for all developers. Steps to Provide Your UDID First connect your iPhone or iPod Touch to your computer Launch iTunes In the left menu you will see the name of your device in the menu. See picture below. Click on the name of the device that you will be using to Beta test, example above would be Todd A. Sherman's iPod Your device will appear on the right with the device's ID shown, see below. Click the serial number. You will now see the UDID number. See image below. Email me the 40 digit UDID number exactly as it appears. Along with your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. Note: On the Mac, the copy command will copy the number. Back to Top
